As the Cellar Master, Alexis Cabanne has carefully selected the outstanding batches of "eau-de-vie" that will be combined together to handcraft COGNAC LA TRUFFE after a long aging small oak barrels stored in damp cellars covered with clay. Thanks to this meticulous selection of "eau-de-vie" and the humidity found in the soil of these damp cellars, COGNAC LA TRUFFE is permeated by very distinctive flavors, such as notes of truffle.

Tequila CABRESTO is a spirit born in a traditional method that sets a unique benchmark for ultra premium tequila; hand crafted from 100% blue agave born in the highland region of Jalisco where sun, earth and knowledge yield the finest "pinas" available. Selected for their high sugar yield, these plants are carefully hand selected and grown in a specific method in order to produce the finest agave juice possible. Distilled in limited patches using the "Process Originale", Cabresto Tequila represents a new standard in ultra premium tequila.
